Starts with entering your customers name and email into our system. You are hand picking your current patients/customers that you know will write you a positive review online. An email will be sent to the customers with our widget links.
While the customer is sitting in your office they can just click on the email that was sent to the email address. Within 2 clicks they will be at your profile. We encourage the customers to use their cells phones. Never write a review from the office computer (google, yelp will know its the same ip address). If the customer does not write the review while in the office, the email will still be in their inbox. Writing a review from home, from their desktop computer is completely fine.
If the customer does not have a google email address, they will be prompted to the login screen. Within seconds you can create a new email and write a review on your profile. Same applies to other websites such as Yelp, Citysearch, Yellow Pages.
After the customer has written the review, within days it will automatically be posted to the website (google, yelp, etc). Once this is complete our system will then trigger an email that will be sent, notifying you of a new review on a certain website.
We are also going to send postcards to your office with 3 links to relevant websites where you want your reviews to appear. Each link will contain qr codes and tiny urls.
You will get access to our reviews dashboard. Here you will be able to view all reviews from across the web in one central location. You will also get a quarterly report of all your reviews.
